Schedule a consultation appointment. In person meetings are best but for the out of town bride or client a video conference or phone call followed by an email is fine. This is the meeting where you get to share all your floral hopes and dreams. So bring all those Pinterest saves and photos as well as all the wedding details pertinent to the floral aspects of your wedding or event.
From all the information provided in step 2 we will create a detailed and comprehensive proposal and quote for your wedding or event.
Once the proposal has been reviewed and you have decided to choose us as your wedding or event florist, we will send a contract for you to review and sign. Once the contract is signed and a deposit (outlined in the contract) is made we, will put your date down in our books and it’s official. Your vision is on its way to becoming a reality.
This is the last little step before your big day or magical event. We will have an email check-in approaching the last 30 days before the date of the event to make sure everybody is on the same page and there are no changes or wrinkles in any of the details. At this point everything on the proposal is locked in and the balance is due. Once the balance is paid you can rest easy knowing the rest is in our capable hands.
